Funkd's service, products, and brand
Our service and products are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Funkd grants you a personal, worldwide, non-assignable license to use Funkd solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, as permitted by these Terms. Unauthorized use of any of Funkd's trademarks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand features is prohibited.
Service use guidelines
You will use the service only for lawful purposes and will not violate the rights of third parties. Any unacceptable use — including posting or collecting content that is obscene, illegal, threatening, harassing, or promoting harm to self or others — may result in immediate termination of your account.
Your content
You own the rights to the content you save and organize through Funkd. By using the service, you give us permission to store and display that content to provide you the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and share any content you add to Funkd.
You agree not to use Funkd to: (a) upload or distribute viruses or any software intended to damage or alter a computer system; (b) send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam, or chain messages; (c) harvest or collect information about other users without their consent; (d) interfere with or disrupt servers or networks connected to Funkd; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to Funkd or systems connected to it; or (f) harass or interfere with another user's use and enjoyment of Funkd.
