01What is a Funk?+
A Funk is a video you saved to Funkd — from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or anywhere else. We organize them by category and let you find them again instantly, which is what your "saved" folders don't do.
02How do I import my saved videos from Instagram?+
Open the Funkd DM chat on Instagram and forward the reel you want to save. It will appear in your Funks within seconds, already categorized. You can also paste any link from the "Funk it" button in the app header.
03Why can't I see a video I just saved?+
Check the category filter on top of your Funks list. If a platform temporarily removes the post or makes it private, we'll mark it as unavailable — the Funk stays in your list so you can re-link it later.
04Is Funkd free?+
Yes. The core app is free forever. We're working on creator tooling (Picks, verification, monetization) that will have paid tiers for creators — not for regular users.
05How do I delete my account?+
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, Funks, collections and linked platforms. The action is irreversible.
06Can I use Funkd on my phone?+
Yes. There's a native iOS and Android app with a Share extension — tap the share icon in any app and send the video straight to Funkd.
